CNC MACHINING
- We offer CNC turning and milling to order. We are able to machine most materials. We mainly focus on iron, but also softer materials such as duralumin, brass, copper and plastic. For smaller series we have the possibility of manual turning and milling.
TURNING
- By turning, we machine external and internal cylindrical surfaces, face alignment, recesses (internal or external), parting off, thread cutting.
TUMBLING
- Tumbling can address a wide range of technological requirements, such as deburring and edge rounding, smoothing the surface, removing scale or grinding the cut. For perfect product appearance we provide grinding in AVALON TE 60.
